Figures we will put on an invoice
Prices below are starting points for United Kingdom work. A book with three hundred hospital accounts is not the same job as a compact GP territory in one integrated care board. We quote after we have seen the call extract.

How we invoice
One-third at briefing, the balance on sign-off of the final plates or commentary. Regional briefing days are invoiced in full after the date. Value Added Tax is added where it applies. Deposits are described on the refund notice.
Estimate factors we will ask about
Count of active accounts, whether Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland appear on the book (each has different organisation names), whether you need A0 wall plates as well as A3, and whether the compliance officer must attend the review. We would rather price a second revision round than pretend the first draft will be perfect.
