Terms of engagement

These terms govern briefings, packs, commentaries, and sessions supplied by Utilitycraftcore from 28 George Street, Brown Candover, SO24 0NY, United Kingdom. By sending a briefing request or paying a deposit you accept them. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still pursue unpaid invoices in the courts of your domicile.

The work

We prepare maps, chart plates, written commentaries, and facilitated sessions as described on this site and in the written quotation. We do not grant a software licence, a subscription, or a right to resell the plates. Copyright in the plates and commentary remains with Utilitycraftcore until the final invoice is paid, after which you may use them inside your organisation for the named brand cycle. You may not publish the plates with identifiable competitor intelligence we did not already take from your files.

Your files

You warrant that you have the right to send call extracts and materials matrices, and that they contain no identifiable patient records. We may refuse a file that appears to contain such records and delete it.

Liability

Plates reflect the files you supplied and public organisation registers on the date printed. We are not your Code signatory. We do not accept liability for a representative’s later use of an uncertified leave-piece, for a trust merger after the plate date, or for commercial results in the field. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, which we do not limit.

Confidentiality

We keep your account lists confidential and do not use them to colour another client’s book. Sample plates on this site are anonymised.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Work already quoted remains on the terms in force when you paid the deposit.
