What we collect

From the form: name, email, optional engagement choice, region description, preferred review week, and your message. From email and telephone: whatever you choose to tell us. From project work: contact names of commercial and compliance colleagues, and organisation-level call extracts. We do not want health records of patients.

Why

We use this information to quote, to prepare packs, to invoice, and to keep a record of what was agreed. The legal bases are steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in running a small practice and defending a professional file. Where we rely on legitimate interests we have balanced them against your right to object.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become work are kept for eighteen months. Signed packs, commentaries, and invoices are kept for seven years to meet accounting and professional needs, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie preference is stored in your browser as described in the cookie notice.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your personal information, corrections, erasure where the law allows, restriction, and objection to legitimate-interest processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will not sell mailing lists.

International transfers

Files are stored in the United Kingdom. If a processor outside the United Kingdom is used (for example an encrypted transfer service), we will use a lawful transfer mechanism such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations then in force.

Sharing

We share information with professional advisers, with a printer when you have asked for physical plates, and with authorities if the law requires it. We do not share your hospital list with other clients.
