Refunds, deposits, and cancelled sittings
This notice applies to professional work quoted by Utilitycraftcore: territory packs, compliance commentaries, regional briefing days, and realignment sessions. We do not sell goods by post, subscriptions, or event tickets for the general public.
Eligibility
A refund is due if we cancel work we can no longer perform, if we fail to deliver the agreed plates or commentary within the quoted window for reasons solely in our control, or if you withdraw before we have opened your files and we have not yet spent the briefing slot.
Timeframe
Ask in writing to hello@utilitycraftcore.click within fourteen days of the event you rely on (cancellation, missed delivery, or a deposit you believe unused). We will answer within ten working days.
Full or partial
If no drafting has begun, the deposit is returned in full. If drafting has begun, we invoice time already spent at £650 per day against the deposit and return the remainder. If final files have been delivered, fees are not returned because the plates are in your hands.
Non-refundable items
Hired meeting rooms booked at your request, couriered proofs, and A0 prints already made are charged at cost and are not returned as cash. Travel already purchased for a briefing day is treated the same unless we cancelled.
Process and method
Refunds go back to the account that paid, by bank transfer, within fourteen days of agreement. We do not send cash or third-party vouchers.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may move a regional briefing or realignment session once, with at least ten working days’ notice, at no charge. Later than that, or a second move, we may keep one-third of the day fee. If you do not attend a booked day (no-show), the day fee is payable.
Work already started
Opening the call extract counts as starting. A change of region after that is a new quote, not a free redraw.
