Compliance commentary

A written companion to an existing geography, covering leave-pieces, meetings, and transfers of value that must match the named accounts.

Some teams already have a map they will defend. What they lack is a note the compliance officer will sign: which leave-pieces may travel in which bag, which hospitality records must match the hospital list, and which transfers of value will look odd if an account sits in two colours.

We interview the Code owner, read the current materials matrix, and write a commentary of eight to sixteen pages. It names clauses in the ABPI Code of Practice as they apply to the named geography. It is not a general training syllabus.

The commentary assumes you will supply the current certified materials list and last year’s disclosure extract. We will flag mismatches; we will not recertify copy. Turnaround is two to three weeks. From £2,200 when the geography is already agreed.
