Territory realignment session
A facilitated sitting to split or merge books after a resignation, in-licence, or trust reorganisation, with maps that leave the room agreed.
When a representative leaves or a hospital trust swallows a neighbour, the remaining people in the car park need a new line on the map they did not draw in anger. We prepare draft cuts in advance, then sit with the regional manager and two or three representatives for a half-day or full day until the line is initialled.
The session produces a marked-up plate, a list of accounts that move, and a one-week cooling note so nobody drives to a surgery that now belongs to a colleague. We will not referee personal grievances; we will keep the discussion on mileage, call history, and trust lists.
From £6,500 including preparation of two draft cuts. Travel and a hired room, if needed, are billed at cost. Book this beside a territory pack when the geography is badly out of date.
